It was important to get Wheelchair Accessible room with an open windows, table and chairs and that went well.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The value for money was excellent, and the room was comfortable and well-appointed. The location was perfect, in a safe and convenient neighborhood. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The only thing that could have been improved was the breakfast options. While the Middle Eastern-style buffet was good, it would have been better if there were more variety and options available.

All the services were AMAZING. The location was particularly good and marvellous and the free parking was on-site. Also, Firdos Square was 2 miles away.

During my recent trip, I had an amazing experience at a well-appointed hotel. I loved the complimentary breakfast buffet that was served daily. the variety of Middle Eastern style food was delicious and filling. Another great aspect was the hotel’s key location which was easily accessible and in a safe area of the city. the room was also a great size and very comfortable.

One of the worst aspects of my stay was the lack of control over the room's temperature. the central heating was set to an uncomfortable temperature that caused me to wake up sweating and have to call reception multiple times per night.

The restaurant views were exceptional and the food was fresh. I would recommend staying in the deluxe room to have a window, as the smaller rooms have no natural light. , easy parking and good security provide peace of mind.

Noise traveled easily between rooms and outside, making it difficult to sleep at times. The breakfast was poor with limited options and not covered food.
